Just back after a 3 night stay - and I have already booked my return visit! Love this hotel! Its just a slice of heaven! From the team, the hotel and the rooms - it just the most perfect hotel. Nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are very spacious and have a luxurious feel through out!

Stayed in this hotel in October. Booked into spa first which was top class. Had a lovely full body message and then enjoyed time in the pool areas. We got lovely robes and slippers. Would highly recommend a visit here if you are staying. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony over looking the gardens. Nice big tv. Very clean bathroom with shampoo and conditioner etc available. Food was amazing would definitely visit again. Staff were so helpful and very friendly couldn’t be happier with them

We stayed in The Maryborough Hotel in Cork (just before Covid-19) and it was the most relaxing, joyous experience. For my job, I travel to many hotels but this is definitely my favourite. It is my place to go to totally relax, be surrounded by fun, welcoming and helpful staff and visually, it is beautiful to be surrounded by gardens, flowers and billowing trees. The deluxe rooms are divine, with large glass doors and a terrace outside to sit and enjoy nature. The spa treatments are divinely relaxing and the thermal suite is dimly lit and has a warm, thermal pool to ease the body and mind. A wonderful way to finish your evening is to dine in Bellini's Restaurant in the hotel. A very special thanks to Mia Walsh, the Manager who goes over and beyond to help you in any way possible and who makes the experience so enjoyable. Also, a special thanks to Katie in reception and Martina in Bellini's Restaurant for their professionalism and friendliness. I stay here on a regular basis and it is always a huge pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning again after Christmas

Stayed here on the 5th Dec 2020 for one night with my wife and child. We booked 2 rooms as we were going to a wedding at the hotel and grandparents came to mind out 15 month old. We had interconnecting rooms.

The rooms were clean and nice. They were a good size and the bed was comfortable. Shower was lovely. Only one negative was heating not working in our room so the room was cold. I informed reception who sent up a space heater which really did not heat the room much at all.

We went to the wedding which was amazing. The food was some of the best my wife and I have had. We are both vegan and got a full menu with amazing options. The staff at the wedding were very attentive and friendly. The space was beautiful (extra nice with the Christmas decorations). Everyone at our table loved the food as well.

My parents ate in the bar and loved it as well. They also commented on how nice the staff were.

When we went down for breakfast the next morning and all the staff were lovely. Food was amazing again.

Overall I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Today I had lunch with my two daughter's. Didn't even think we would get a booking for lunch but 'John' bless your heart rang to say 'yea no problem'.

We just fit in our perfect staycation before Lockdown 2.0 began and how lucky were we! From the moment we walked through the doors Katie at the front desk made sure our every need was catered for, she couldn’t do enough for us so much so we even extended our stay an extra night! Justin the general manager and his team were also amazing and they made us feel like royalty. Having recently got engaged and due twins at Christmas they went over and above ensuring that we had enough to eat at every meal, a rarity in this day and age! The food was second to none absolutely amazing I would highly recommend the arancini balls with the curry you will not be disappointed!! While we enjoyed a spa treatment in the amazing ESPA Justin organised for a selection of delicious chocolates to be left in our room and two spa goodie bags from him and his team as a congratulations on our engagement such a beautiful touch and something that won’t be forgotten thank you Justin! As the hotel was quiet due to restrictions we sometimes felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves something very rare in such a fabulous setting. Myself and my Fiancé are extremely grateful for all the attention to detail that we were shown and would highly recommend the Maryborough Hotel and Spa to all of our family and friends and we will most definitely be back with two little extra helpers in times to come! So thank you again

Thank you to the staff at Maryborough Hotel and Spa. We arrived yesterday and had the best experience. Everyone has went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to Martin in particular for making sure not only ourselves but everyone was having a great evening in these complicated times. He set a very calming and comfortable atmosphere and couldn't do enough for everyone. Excellent service and we cannot wait to come back already. We are absolutely delighted we chose Bellini's restaurant for a family celebration last night. Given the current restrictions we had to scale back our original plans, however the amazing staff at Bellinis in the Maryborough made sure that we all had a very special and enjoyable evening. Memorable for all the right reasons. Our 13 year old son who was celebrating his Confirmation was treated like a guest of honour. He was delighted with his mocktail!
Chicken flatbreads and chowder to start were excellent. The dish of the day was a rib eye - delicious! As were the arancini, so flavoursome. Generous portion sizes, beautifully presented. Kids absolutely loved their chicken wings and burgers.
