The Maryborough Health Club is delighted to announce the installation of Ireland’s newest state-of-the-art Technogym Gym in Douglas, Cork. The Health Club has agreed a contract of close to €500K to replace all the current equipment in the Gym with the newest and most up-to-date Technogym Equipment, making The Maryborough Club the largest and most advanced site in Ireland. Through our new Technogym equipment’s easy-to-use interface, we are making your workout as interactive and as enjoyable as possible, no matter your age or level of experience. All our new Technogym Cardio Equipment will have interactive entertainment screens to allow you to watch videos, check social media and use trails for your chosen location. Our new Cardio section will be made up of: ‘Run’, ‘Synchro’, ‘Climb’, ‘Vario’, ‘SkillRow’ machines as well as both Upright and Recumbent Exercise Bikes. In addition, our new state-of-the-art Resistance Equipment has new exercises which will challenge you in new ways. Using Technogym’s MyWellness App, our gym members can download their programmes, check their progress, view their exercises in video format, and add in workouts from their favourite Apps. The app can be downloaded on phones and smart watches and members can easily sync up to the machines with just a tap of their device to the chosen machine.
