To complement the elegance of the interiors, some of our rooms have inspiring views onto gardens (limited availability)  that have been manicured and cared for over the past 300 years.

All Deluxe Rooms have king size beds, or twin beds on request, with crisp cotton duvets. Each room has a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you watch a show on the 42-inch flatscreen TV.

If you need to conclude any business, there’s also a desk for your use. The bathroom is equipped with a make-up mirror as well as a bath/ shower

Each Executive Room boasts its own private balcony or patio area overlooking a beautiful vista of our hotel grounds and 300 year old listed gardens.

Relax and unwind surrounded by natural woodlands. Retire in comfort in a luxurious king size bed as you snuggle into the crisp cotton duvet. Savour a cup of tea or coffee while watching television from our seating area. Or conduct business while working at our glass-topped desk.

All Executive Rooms offer a bath with shower as well as a make-up mirror. Room can have 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds (on request).

Each room features a luxurious King Bed or Twin configuration on request, alongside ESPA toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, USB charging ports, tea & coffee facilities, robes & slippers, mineral water, and accessible room options for added comfort and convenience.

Stylish and contemporary, our Signature Rooms offer space, tranquillity and understated luxury. Step into a realm of timeless elegance, enhanced by bamboo and plant-filled light wells and thoughtfully curated design details.

Each room features a striking electric fireplace TV wall with a 54-inch Smart TV, creating a seamless focal point for relaxation and entertainment within a beautifully designed space. Immerse yourself in luxury and enjoy a setting created for both comfort and style.

Our Signature Rooms feature a king-size bed, while twin beds can also be arranged upon request. High-quality linen and premium mattresses ensure a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.

All rooms include a bath/Shower, make-up mirror, air conditioning with guest-controlled settings, and a full range of modern amenities and conveniences. Windows overlooking the beautifully designed light wells can also be opened, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air and a natural sense of space.

Please note that the Signature Rooms are located in areas that may not be easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

Stay with us in our beautifully designed Family Rooms at The Maryborough. Our uniquely decorated family rooms are furnished with a king bed and a double sofabed which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child (12 years old and under). 

Our dedicated Interconnecting Rooms are suitable for larger families or families with older children. They can accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (12 years old and under). These rooms include complimentary bed and breakfast for 2 adults and children under the age of 12 who are staying with 2 adults. 

With Georgian features and elegant, soft furnishings, our three Junior Suites occupy the top floor of the Old House, dating back to 1710.

With original exposed wooden beams, brickwork, and antique fireplaces, these exquisite suites are steeped in history with all the charm of the 18th century.

While smaller than the Master Suites, they have a separate bedroom, living area, and modern bathroom. Beautifully manicured gardens and natural parkland cocoon the hotel in lush greenery and allow guests to truly relax.

Our two Master Suites span the first floor of the 18th Century Old House, so live like a Lord and Lady in luxury. Georgian features and elegant, antique furnishings will delight all guests.

Each Suite has a living room with bone china tea set and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Both Suites offer a large, modern bathroom with stand-alone jacuzzi and double walk-in shower. Enjoy flat screen TVs in the bedroom and bathroom, mini toiletries, and cosy bathrobe and slippers. The Maryborough Hotel & Spa fuses the timeless charm of a Manor House with a contemporary feel, teamed with modern facilities.
