Off Peak Hours;

When you Join
When you join the Club a personal trainer will be assigned to you for all year.
Each new member is also asked to book a personal Fitness and Health Assessment, where one of The Maryborough Team members will sit down and asses your fitness levels, your current lifestyle and medical history.
With this in mind an individual fitness programme will be developed to aid you to achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training is all about taking you from where you are, to where you want to be.
The Maryborough Club has a large fitness team with some of the best and most experienced Personal Trainers in Cork.
All have different areas of expertise – whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, postural improvement, nutritional advice, training for a sport or event - we have a trainer who can help.
Private Swimming Lessons
Private one on one swimming lessons are available to our Members. These private sessions are tailored to each individual’s level, whether you are beginner looking to gain water confidence or trying to improve your ability to swim, we have an instructor for you.
Private Swimming lessons are available in courses and need to be booked in advance.
Studio Classes
Variety of exercise classes available such as Spinning Bike, Pilates, Total Toning etc...
All Studio classes are included in each gold membership.
