WHAT IS TEAM OPTIMISATION?
Rebel Corporate offers an extensive range of engaging and practical learning events. These are grouped into Academies to support learning & development in the areas of Leadership, Sales and Human Resources.
The benefit of an Academy is that all development activities are mapped to your company’s competency models. In addition, the programmes are bespoke so that they integrate into your company’s systems and processes.
Our Academy Director is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years HR experience gained internationally in telecoms, manufacturing and financial services. This experience has equipped him to address all areas of behavioural change through structured assessment, personal development and coaching.
To ensure success, we will start by carrying out a detailed needs analysis to understand the gaps in learning and performance. Next we will design a bespoke portfolio of programmes that supports your company's mission, competency model and values. In the classroom, we use accelerated learning principles to go beyond the theory and simulate real business situations. This will help participants to increase their personal effectiveness and to apply their new skills back in the workplace. Finally, we will review that the learning objectives have been met and will make recommendations for future development.

Leadership Academy
SUMMARY
The transition to a leadership position requires managers to radically change the way they operate.
In addition to managing their own workload, as line managers they are also responsible for setting objectives, coaching and developing their team.

TEAM BUILDING MODULE EXAMPLES
As "active learning" has been proven to enhance knowledge, our team building programmes are designed to complement the training sessions and to give you a chance to put into practice what you've been taught. With exercises designed for indoors and out, groups large or small, as part of our training sessions or run as stand alone events, we have something to suit everyone.
City Challenges
Our famous treasure hunt and quiz around any city or town, using our mobile phone application with GPS, video, photos, timed questions, full company branding and "live" questions all available as options, you're guaranteed great fun. Take in the streets and sights, mix with its people and be back for a review and prize giving.
The Box
We arrive with our box full of games and exercises which you have to complete. Earn
money by hiring materials from THE BOX and complete the task set within the time.

Myers Briggs Or Insights Workshop
Perhaps you manage a team and notice some conflict? Perhaps you tried a team dinner and while being good fun, the situation remained unchanged once everyone returned to the office? What if there was a team-building day that was lots of fun and at the same time everyone learned something interesting about themselves and their colleagues? What if we
could then use this increased awareness to improve relationships and help the team function

Pipeline International
Teams have to work together to pass objects to each other through a series of pipes, tubes, sticks etc. Sounds simple does it? You have to stay within your zone though and will soon discover there are some counties that will refuse to work with you or will want raw materials in return. Political disputes, old empires, double-dealing, economic instability and tight deadlines all add to the mayhem. With good communication and teamwork, it can be done.

Teams are given props, costumes and your own digital camera. Photos must be printed out and displayed imaginatively, creating your own unique story board which you must then present to the whole group. Prizes can be made available for best story, best make-up, best original story, best artwork etc. Unleash your imagination!
Dragons’ Den Experience
This highly enjoyable event is designed to unleash the imagination of teams as you try to persuade the Dragons to invest in your product. You will have to come up with a sales and marketing plan, financial analysis and a polished presentation. A fun and rewarding event, that's been a real hit with all our clients. Can you handle the heat in the den?
Da Vinci Code Challenge
Based on the best-selling novel and hit film, your team must track down the ultimate prize, the Holy Grail. Your search will take you to historical and religious sites, and armed only with the clues you find, you must solve the mystery. You have some tough challenges ahead as you're against the clock and each other.
Apprentice Challenge
A corporate social responsibility (CSR) event in which you raise money for charity and score points for yourself. Based on the hit TV show, "The Apprentice" with Sir Alan Sugar and Bill Cullen here in Ireland, you have to work as a team to buy, sell, blag, negotiate and finance your way to success. Fail and you are fired!
