Having received its first AA Rosette in 2004, the restaurant has continually improved in quality and was recently awarded its 2013-2014 AA Rosette for culinary excellence. Recently, our restaurant and bar were renovated. Both areas were fully re-designed, and the colour scheme, bespoke furnishings, and new flooring lend to the bar and restaurant’s unique atmosphere and art deco flair. Complementing the bold new ambiance of Bellini's Bar & Restaurant is a mouthwatering menu, which fuses an eclectic mix of European and traditional flavours.
Head Chef Brendan Brosnan and Executive Chef Gerry Allen worked tirelessly this year to collectively develop the new menu, featuring locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
