If you would like to take part in our fitness classes, you must pre-book as spaces are limited. If you book and cannot attend, please contact us in advance so that we can offer a member on the waiting list an opportunity to attend. All fitness classes are complementary for adult members.

A spin class for all, based on varied intensities. Expect to learn correct cycling technique and bike set up to ease you into this cardiovascular workout. From speed work to slow climbs working at different resistance levels throughout, you are guaranteed a heart raising, fat burning workout.
This class combines upper and lower body strength work combined with aerobic and anaerobic exercises to guarantee a comprehensive workout, targeting your upper and lower body.

BUMS & TUMS
With this class you will experience a deep muscle toning specifically targeting the waist, the abdominal belt, and the buttocks.
Aerobics in the water - this class is designed to give you an all-over effective workout using the water to add resistance to your body movements. Suitable for exercise enthusiasts, non-swimmers or for anyone with joint problems. Excellent toning results, with the feeling of being cool and comfortable in the pool during the class.
PILATES MAT CLASS
Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.
The goal of yoga is to unite the body, mind and spirit. It can help you increase flexibility and lean muscle, reduce stress, strengthen core muscles and improve balance.
